Ahead Of Constituency 005 Bye-Election in Kailahun District, Resident Minister of the Eastern Province Storms Mandu Chiefdom.

Despite having the Confidence for a landslide victory, SLPP is not underestimating the politics.

Today Friday, 17/03/2022, the Hon. Minister of State-East, Rtd General KES Boyah, and Cross Section of Party authorities of the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) both at District and Regional Levels, joined other party Members in Mandu Chiefdom, Kailahun District for the ongoing campaign in support of SLPP Bye-Election Parliamentary Aspirant-Hawa Siafa.

At the Mandu Chiefdom Headquarters town of Baima, Rtd General KES Boyah and entourage were received and welcomed by SLPP District Chairman Jusu Jaka Ngobeh alias Chucky.

In his welcome address, Chucky thanked and appreciated the Hon. Resident Minister for joining the campaign team ahead of March 26 Parliamentary Bye-Election in Constituency 005.

Chucky assured the Rtd General KES Boyah of working with him as he did so with the Former Resident Minister, Andrew Ansu Fatorma.

Chucky, including many other speakers, confidently assured the Minister of winning the by-election for Madam Hawa Siafa.

They are responding, Hon. Minister of State-East, Rtd General KES Boyah thanked Chucky and Kailahun District Party members for the kind of honor and respect they have so far accorded him.

The Minister promised to establish total peace and Political cohesion among the three Districts in the East as, without peace, the party cannot progress.

Even though the Minister is aware of victory come March 26, 2022, Rtd General KES Boyah emphasized reducing the previous votes cast by opposition Parties to a single digit which will signal the Nation that Kailahun District is for SLPP to come 2023 General Elections.

Upon various requests, Hon. Minister assured the people of the government’s commitment to ensuring that development continues to reach their doorstep.

The gathering attracted other key party authorities, including John Oponjo Benjamin, John Karimu, Moijueh Gbetuwa, and others.
